Rise and shine! Days start early at Mackays with kitchen, restaurant and reception staff arriving bright eyed and bushy tailed. Jams, juices and freshly made muesli are laid out and waiting for you.
Breakfast is now over and work behind the scenes takes place! Dispersed across all levels, housekeeping scatter throughout the vacated rooms leaving every nook and cranny thoroughly polished.
Down a few floors, the kitchen team are busy at work preparing for the meals ahead. Breads, pastries, cakes and daily specials are all prepared for the oncoming lunch service.
Lunch service has now started! Our front of house team is ready for your visit to the Bistro. Dining here is a familiar affair at Mackays, with the attitude that ‘regulars become friends’. Taste the wide variety of flavours and catch up with your old friends made in the Bistro.
New faces arrive ready to begin their journey at Mackays. If you have any requests large or small, our heroes at reception will make sure that it’s attended to.
