A boozy treat

Whatever you choose to drink with your boozy afternoon tea, you will always get the same great serving of food from us. We’ll present a range of exquisite, finger-sized sandwiches, each with its own delicate fillings. There will also be scones, with cream and jam to spread liberally and at will. And don’t forget the sweet cakes to finish off with. Or, if you prefer, start with the cakes and finish with the scones. There’s no hard and fast rules here, so long as you enjoy the afternoon!

And then, wash it all down with a delicious cocktail, made here at Mackays. Cocktails and afternoon tea here is one of the best ways to spend time with friends. Sit back and relax in a friendly atmosphere and be waited on by friendly staff.

Afternoon tea and cocktails is served in our in-house restaurant, No 1 Bistro. Wherever possible, we source all our ingredients locally. Scotland’s larder is generous, and we put as much of this on our menu, and serve it with love. Some even come from our own garden – you can’t get fresher than that. 

Our alcoholic afternoon tea with a cocktail is a great way to get together with a good friend or get the gang together for a fun catchup.
